Questions about paying
- Where does Pro live? On your Google account. You sign in with Google once, in LoopClicker and here; that sign-in is used only to check Pro, to sync your scenarios and to send the alerts you switch on. We receive an account number from Google, not your e-mail or name. There is no licence key to copy.
- Which plan? All three give exactly the same Pro. Lifetime is paid once and never renews. Yearly and Monthly renew until you cancel, and stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I pay? By card or another method Paddle offers, through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle shows any sales tax or VAT before you pay.
- How do I cancel or change my card? On your account page: Manage subscription opens Paddle's customer portal, where you can cancel, change the card and get invoices.
- Refunds: see the refund policy — a full refund within 14 days of a purchase.
