Privacy
The short version: in free mode LoopClicker sends nothing anywhere. Only if you sign in for Pro does it talk to loopclicker.com — to check Pro, to sync your scenarios and to send the alerts you switch on.

Free mode: nothing leaves your browser
- No account, no network. Clicking, looping, recording, editing, templates, test data, notifications, importing, exporting and making share links all happen in your browser. The extension makes no network requests at all until you choose to sign in.
- Stored on this computer only, in the extension's own storage: your scenarios and their steps, the last quick-click settings for each site, the log of your last runs (with a preview of any data a run collected), the colour theme, and whether you have seen the first-run tips. Data a scenario reads from pages stays there until you download or copy it. Passwords generated for test data are never stored. Removing the extension deletes all of it.
- What it can see. LoopClicker works on the tab you start it on, when you click its button or press its hotkey. If a scenario must keep running after a reload or on a schedule, it asks you for that one site's permission; you can take it back at any time in Chrome's extension settings. It never asks for access to all sites at install and does not read your browsing history.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising — in the extension and on this website.
Signing in for Pro
- Why: Pro is attached to your Google account, so it works on every computer where you sign in, with no key to lose. Signing in is the only way to get Pro and scenario sync; free use never asks for it.
- What Google sends us: a sign-in token with the scope
openidonly. It identifies your Google account by its account number (the same number Google gives any app you sign in to). We do not ask Google for and do not receive your e-mail address, name or picture. (For e-mail alerts you type an address yourself; see below.) We store the account number only as a keyed hash, which cannot be matched to other services. - In the extension the token is kept for the browser session only. On this website, signing in sets one cookie,
loopclicker_session, which is sent only to this site's/api/addresses, cannot be read by page scripts, and ends when you sign out or it expires.
Scenario sync (Pro)
- When sync is on, your scenarios are stored on our server under your hashed account so your other computers can fetch them: their names, steps, selectors, the sites they belong to, any text typed by their steps, schedules, and any spreadsheet rows attached to them.
- Do not put passwords or other secrets in a scenario you sync. A deleted scenario leaves a small marker (its id and the time) so your other computers delete it too.
- Turning sync off stops sending. To delete everything synced for your account, write to us.
Alerts to Telegram or e-mail (Pro)
- Alerts are off until you link Telegram or verify an e-mail address on your account page and switch them on for a scenario.
- What an alert sends to our server: the message the step defines (or "Run ended" with how it ended), the scenario's name, the address of the page it ran on, and the time. Nothing else from the page. Our server passes it on to Telegram or sends it by e-mail through Amazon Simple Email Service, and keeps only a count of alerts per hour and per day, for the limits.
- What we keep for your account: the Telegram chat id of the chat you linked, or the e-mail address you gave us and whether it is verified. We keep them until you unlink Telegram or remove the address (on the account page, in the chat with
/stop, or with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail). Linking codes and verification links are one-time and expire after 10 minutes and 24 hours. - Once delivered, a message is also under Telegram's or your e-mail provider's privacy policy.
Share links
- A share link holds the whole scenario in the part of the address after
#. Browsers never send that part to a server, so when someone opens the link, loopclicker.com receives only a request for the page/s: it never receives or stores the scenario. The page reads it in the visitor's browser and hands it straight to their LoopClicker. - Anyone who has the link can read the scenario — its steps, the site it works on and any text its steps type — so do not share one that types passwords or other secrets.
Buying Pro
- Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under Paddle's privacy policy. Paddle collects what it needs to take payment and issue a receipt (such as your e-mail and card); we never see your card number.
- We keep an order and subscription record: the plan, the price, the payment and subscription status, the dates, Paddle's ids for them, and the hashed account it belongs to.
This website
- The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services and delivered through Amazon CloudFront, which process connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect it, and keep access logs for a limited time. Apart from the sign-in cookie above, the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
- The test page and the home page demo run entirely in your browser; nothing typed into them is sent anywhere.
Deleting your data
Removing the extension deletes everything it stored on your computer. To have your synced scenarios or order records deleted, write to support@loopclicker.com. Paddle keeps payment records as the law requires.
