Refund policy

If LoopClicker Pro does not work for you, you get your money back. No questions asked within 14 days.

• Within 14 days of a payment — a Lifetime purchase, or the first or any renewal payment of a subscription — write to support@loopclicker.com with the e-mail address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You get a full refund of that payment.
• Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid. Cancel on your account page with Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's customer portal.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Banks usually show the money within 5–10 business days.
• A refund ends the Pro that payment gave, unless the account has another paid plan.
• Clicking and looping are free without limits, and the test page lets you try everything first, so you know what you are paying for. Please check that the site you want to automate works with the free version — canvas and WebGL games and apps outside the browser cannot be clicked.
