LoopClicker

Support

Write to support@loopclicker.com — a person reads every message, usually within one business day.

If something does not click, tell us the site's address (or a similar public page), what you set up, and what happened. Exporting the scenario as JSON and attaching it helps a lot — check it holds no passwords first.

Common questions

Why doesn't it click in my game?

LoopClicker clicks the way a web page's own scripts can: it sends simulated pointer and mouse events and calls the element's click. Ordinary buttons, links and forms accept those. Games drawn on a <canvas> or with WebGL usually read the mouse in their own way and ignore simulated input, and apps outside the browser (for example Roblox) cannot be reached by any browser extension. When you pick a target inside a canvas, LoopClicker warns you. The canvas box on the test page shows the difference.

How do I change the hotkeys?

Open chrome://extensions/shortcuts (paste it into the address bar), find LoopClicker, and set the keys for starting and stopping a run and for picking a target. Esc on the page always stops a run.

It says it can't run on this page.

Chrome does not let any extension click on its own pages (chrome://…, the new tab page), on the Chrome Web Store, in the built-in PDF viewer or on other extensions' pages. Open the website you want and start it there.

It stops when the page reloads.

On purpose: by default LoopClicker only acts on the tab you started it on, until it navigates away. To carry on after reloads, open the scenario, switch on the option to keep running after a reload, and allow that one site when Chrome asks.

It types into a field but the site ignores it.

Use a Type or Fill form step rather than a click: they set the value the way React and Vue forms expect and send the input and change events. Try it on the React-style input on the test page.

How fast can it click?

Down to one click every 10 ms. Each click is due a fixed time after the start, so "every 100 ms" really means 10 a second. Background tabs are slowed down by Chrome itself, so keep the tab visible for fast intervals.

Is it free? What does Pro add?

Clicking and looping are free without limits, with 3 saved scenarios. Pro adds unlimited scenarios, schedules, CSV and Google Sheets rows, conditions and sync. See pricing.

I bought Pro but the extension still says Free.

Sign in to LoopClicker with the same Google account you bought with (on its Scenarios page, under Account). Your account page shows which plan that account has. Still stuck? Write to us with the e-mail on your Paddle receipt.

How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?

Cancel on your account page with Manage subscription. Refunds: see the refund policy — a full refund within 14 days of a payment.

What does LoopClicker know about me?

In free mode, nothing: it sends nothing anywhere. See the privacy policy for what Pro sign-in and sync send.
