How to auto click in Chrome
An auto clicker presses a button for you, again and again, at the pace you choose. In Chrome, LoopClicker does it from a small popup: pick the button, set how often, press start. The first time takes about 30 seconds.
Step by step
- Add LoopClicker to Chrome and pin its button to the toolbar: open the puzzle-piece menu and click the pin next to LoopClicker.
- Open the page with the button you want clicked, or the LoopClicker test page to practise.
- Click the LoopClicker button in the toolbar and choose Pick. Move the mouse over the button on the page until it is outlined, then click it.
- Set the interval, for example 1 second, and how many times to repeat: a number, or ∞ to keep going until you stop it.
- Press Start. A badge on the toolbar button and a small pill on the page show that it is running.
- Press Esc on the page, the start/stop hotkey, or Stop in the popup to stop.
Want to try it first? The test page has buttons, a click area, a form and more to practise on — nothing on it is sent anywhere.
Element or point?
- An element (the default) is a specific button or link. LoopClicker finds it again before every click, so it keeps working if the button moves on the page.
- A point is a spot in the window. Use it when there is no clear element, and see clicking at a fixed point for when it misses.
- Add several targets and they are clicked in turn, one per interval.
Good to know
- Loops are free and unlimited, and no account is needed. Nothing is sent anywhere in free mode.
- The clicker runs on the tab you started it on. It stops when that page navigates away, unless a scenario is set to keep running after a reload.
- Set a total time limit if you might forget it running.
- The hotkeys can be changed — see keyboard shortcuts.
What it cannot do
- Games drawn on a canvas or with WebGL usually ignore simulated clicks, and apps outside the browser cannot be reached by any extension.
- Chrome does not let extensions run on its own pages (
chrome://…, the new tab page), the Chrome Web Store or the PDF viewer. - LoopClicker refuses to click inside known ad frames: automatic ad clicks are fraud.
